“Louise has the hind legs walked of me, But it has been well worth while, with so many aspects of nature to observe. Bird song, rippling wave, ships coming and going. The harbour lights will glow forever in our memories of our week long stay in “The Heron Cottage” Thank you Kilmore Quay.”

“We have had constant rain at home for over five weeks, we were delighted when we got here to have back to back sunshine. Lovely cottage with a lovely view of the harbour. It is so quiet and peaceful here. It makes you realise how noisy it is at home. The boys went out on a boat and caught loads of fish. “Delicious”. The local deli sells lovely bread and home-made butter! We have had a marvellous time – thank you!!! Hopefully we will be back.”
